Deck and Sides

The deck, sides and guards are all pressed out of one sheet of marine grade aluminum treadplate on K424, K434, K438 and K538. Result - strong, no joins, no rattles, no rusting, no warping or splitting. The most ideal non-slip, easy to clean, hygienic and lightweight material available.

Chassis

Hot dip galvanised with a straight 65 x 65mm RHS box section drawbar.

Hubs and Wheels

4 stud galvanised taper roller bearing hubs with marine seals, fitted with 22/11/8 or 25/12/9, ATV tyres on galvanised rims (20/7/8 also available on K424 and K434).

Tailgate

Folding removable rear gate fitted with chains and 'D' shackles to hold it horizontal for added deck area when needed on K424, K434, K438 and K538. Front and rear RHS box section tailgates are both removable on K64SF and K84SF.
